TV was broken, we were told the hotel was full (but we could still make reservations on line for the same day/same room type) and they wouldn't move us or replace a TV that had obviously been broken for a while. No credit offered.
Such a rude receptionist, not a clean place terrible experience I would never go there again! They also charge you $20 parking a night.
