We booked this hotel out of the numerous others on tower road because of the pool for our kids to burn some energy before an early flight the next morning. It was not heated and the area was frigid, the hot tub was not working, and the staff seemed apathetic about it , as it apparently has not been working for some time. The manager stated “maybe you can get the upper management to finally fix it”. Outstanding rooms with kitchens! Shame we are only in town to catch another flight early next day but definetly we would go back there if we are in town again

The rooms are very spacious for the price! $200 a night for a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a queen bed, and 2 full size beds in another room. Bigger than a lot of apartments! Everything was very neat and clean. The view is not bad, but it is just a plain of dry yellow grass and the road. I don’t know about other suites, but from my two windows I can see the roof and hose. Stayed again and smoothness of last stay was all lost. Problems were 1. Hot tub broke again 2. Put in app for early check-in but just errored out and said see front desk. I called front desk 3 times after numerous rings just hung up. 3. When I arrived had to wait since said no rooms available. Finally, ask them to contact housekeeping and took awhile since no way to contact them directly. 4. Very noisy in hallway on second floor. In summary bad communications on phone and housekeeping were big issues that required downgrade.... read more

It was a good spot to stay for the evening when our flight was canceled. The staff was wonderful, accomodating, and helpful. We asked for a wake up call, free shuttle, and enjoyed breakfast which starts daily at 6 am. Only bummer was that out tv was damaged. Shower pressure was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. This is a great and family friendly place to stay.
