Room was much bigger than expected. Missed connecting flight and found Hyatt to be a hidden gem.
Room was better than expected! Spacious, clean, couldn’t hear anyone above below or next to me which was incredible!! Breakfast was plentiful with great variety. Bed was comfortable. Staff were incredibly nice! Definitely will stay here again in the future!
My first, and possibly last, stay at this facility. Found it very awkward to have to use a third party app to pay for parking, especially when you’re checking in and have your hands full. Just include the parking in your room charges. Your website spoke of your spectacular breakfast. Really? Powdered eggs, cold biscuits and gravy, packets of instant oatmeal, large open container of yogurt-type and flavor unknown, powdered cream for your coffee, and so forth. Very unimpressed. The shuttle was the only disappointment. It was supposed to be on the :15 and :45, and we were catching the last one if the night. We were outside at 11:54, and it didn't come until 12:30. It was so cold so it sucked to have to wait so long.
