absolutely HORRENDOUS, unacceptably rude and unprofessional conduct & service from GM "milan". this hotel used to be great. unfortunately this individual has ensured that i will NEVER return. i do not recommend this place.
I did an online reservation paid to Priceline.com and the Hyatt house Davis later on double charged me for the same stay . The hotel staff was not response timely . So far $319 is still not refunded. I am very disappointed at the hotel staff
