My family booked this hotel well in advance under my aunt's name. When my aunt couldn't make the trip, and my uncle and cousin showed up at the hotel, they rudely turned them away in the middle of the night, implying they were scam artists since his last name was different. When we called to explain that these were our family members, the person working the food made the same accusation for us. We rented a studio with a kitchen, but unfortunately the cookware was in unacceptable condition. The frying pan was heavily scratched, with large areas of the non-stick coating peeling off, burned residue, and obvious signs of wear. It was clearly unsafe to use. I took it to the reception to exchange it. The receptionist brought another pan, but although it was slightly better, it also had parts of the non-stick coating peeling off.
