I had a disappointing experience with Hyatt House. Per my booking confirmation, the no-show charge was limited to one night. However, I was charged for multiple nights, exceeding the agreed terms. I followed up several times over February, March, and again recently. Each time, I was assured that a refund would be processed, including after providing my credit card details through a secure link sent by the manager. Really nice staff, very new rooms. Good breakfast. Good for kids. A bit of road noise but it’s literally on the highway

absolutely HORRENDOUS, unacceptably rude and unprofessional conduct & service from GM "milan". this hotel used to be great. unfortunately this individual has ensured that i will NEVER return. i do not recommend this place.
