Stayed here for a business trip and it was great- bathrooms are updated and the king sized bed is comfy. Theres a small gym and indoor pool. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast has good options. Even their coffee was way above average for hotel coffee. Only downside is having to pay for parking is annoying - I wish it was included. I would also like to have an outside area to hang out in to get out of the room

This Hotel is poorly managed. I paid $50 for early check in and got a room that had not been cleaned (Trash from prior person, dirty towels, and unmade bed). I asked for another room and they first said there was availability and then said that was the only room available. I got my son a snack from the lobby and went to open to only realize it had already been opened and half eaten like someone ate it and put back on shelf. We were very disappointed in the room. Expected so much more when paying $300 a night. The room was way outdated and dirty. Stains all over the blinds, duck tape on the counter, cabinets full of crumbs and dirt. The bedroom was so small, looks like a dorm room. Renovations are being done but I only saw painting, this place needs way more than a paint job. Please don’t waste your money.

The Rooms here at Hyatt House were good and service was excellent too. However the Main Lobby Elevators were offline for repairs for over a month. Forcing the entire hotel to use the back staff elevator. Wait times of 8 to 12 minutes were common. Also the paid parking was far more than a major inconvenience. I paid by credit card for my parking, only to be told 6 weeks later that parking payment failed to be recieved. Hyatt needs to provide free parking, or include the parking bill automatically as part of the room payment. ... read more
