Got checked into our room and there were immediately issues; there was the wrong size bed in the suite and the A/C wouldn’t work. We called to get a new room, the new room smelled like cigarettes. I called to get another new room and we were put in another building back on the third floor. We called the office to get a refund and leave and we were told we could not get a refund tonight but would have to call back when management is onsite in the morning.
