I had a quick visit at the Hyatt House of Dallas. The rooms were clean and huge..
The hotel and rooms looked completely different from the photos shown on the website. The property and rooms felt very outdated and rundown. Check-in took way longer than it should have because the staff couldn’t figure out why my full payment wasn’t showing on their end. I was also surprised with a $12.50 daily parking fee that was never clearly mentioned during booking or on the website. I really didn’t appreciate the unexpected charge.
