Stayed for long time, good housekeeping service. Vicky always did her job very well, 5 stars for her.
Really nice rooms easy access to the pool and gym.
Clean and organized establishment. The facility looks like it was recently remodeled—easy check-ins with multiple room options. You can have a room facing the courtyard or facing the street.
I was just about to give this hotel a 4.0 rating, but not after seeing my bill and a hidden $12/night parking fee. This is ridiculous! You must know that this hotel is in a corporate business park in the suburbs. I don’t know a single business in Cypress that charges for parking, let alone one in such a remote area. I’ve been staying here for more than 30 years, but this insult will not stand.
Location is mediocre & dumpy and across the street from ESA needing security at night. The main issue I have is with the breakfast staff- most have been there for 10+ years which is odd considering it's a menial part-time job!. Lately, they are aggressive and asking individuals when they checked in..yet there are large families with 5+ people (and their guests) having a king's feast with kids throwing away ample food.
