Rooms are good but the service is not that great, especially the late night front desk

My stay at this hotel was great, rooms are spacious and have cooking ware in case you want to do that. There's plenty of restaurants around so that's very convenient. I enjoyed their breakfast as they had a few options to choose from and they offer high chairs for the little kids. The only downside for me was that the carpet was very dirty.

My family and I stayed in room 158 on August 18th, we were supposed to stay for 2 nights but after showering we noticed what looked to be black mold. Upon closer examination, it was in fact black mold, it was slimy and in some places hard to come off. We went to check out and brought it to the staff’s attention, Frida was checking my family out and she said she’d send maintenance over to “take a look”, she tried gaslighting me saying “it’s grout”, but the grout in the shower was tan and white, not black. Wonderful place that charges for parking fee. The first and only Hyatt! It's located in the suburb, which absolutely justifies it. It's absolutely not petty for them to nickle & dime. I recommend this place if you want a similar experience

First ever Hyatt I've seen that charges for parking when it's not even the heart of downtown. Let's think for a second. Anaheim/Cypress. Even places that are notches down have free parking in the suburbs. Nickle&diming people when it's HYATT. Petty
