Perfectly acceptable and excellent location and value for business travelers. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and excellent service. I like it more than the Courtyard across the parking lot. I’m not sure what other reviewers were suggesting that it’s run down or anything like that. It isn’t. It’s dated, yes, but it’s clean and comfortable. Quietness is crucial for me since I usually get in late and depart early. I didn’t hear any road noise or loud neighbors. Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because it’s simply needs a refresh. Probably the worst Hyatt property I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was disappointing and far below expectations. Their phone system mentioned an omelet station, yet there were not even basic options like boiled eggs available. The rooms felt dated and had an unpleasant odor, which made the overall stay less comfortable. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the standards I usually associate with Hyatt.
My stay was fantastic! When first arriving I immediately thought to myself that it looked very clean the front desk worker was also extremely nice and helpful they made sure to let me know about breakfast and all amenities. When entering my room it was just as good as when entering the hotel very clean and up kept. The GM I also got to meet and he was very professional and nice I definitely will be returning to this hotel for all my stays. Wonderful weekend stay at the Hyatt. I had the pleasure of being greeted by the manager Saleem and was treated with excellent white glove service. From the moment I walked in, to being guided to my room. This made my work trip ever more enjoyable since I am pretty particular about my travel locations, but now with the peace of mind knowing that our company travels to Schaumburg so often we finally found the one. I will gladly notify our staff we have a great location that we can travel to now call home!
Hyatt House Hotel in Schaumburg treats their loyal and dedicated front desk employees like dirt. I would not even bring my Dog to that place. Very phony and toxic atmosphere
