Paulina was the BEST! She was so helpful and delightful. I had a bunch of questions and she made me feel like a priority and spent time explaining everything to me. She clearly loves her job and is great at it!

Pool was warm unlike many hotels. I just want to give a shout out to Alice who made breakfast amazing. Try her omelettes or scrambled eggs…she knows how to make them just right.

Great staff, very accommodating. We were told the hotel is getting updated soon so it's not fair to rate the accommodations since they are changing. Nice pool and breakfast

悪かった点； ①シャワーのお湯が稀に冷水に変わるので手早く切り上げよう。②ソファのそばの電気が1つ切れていたが大勢に影響はなし。③プールにはストローの袋など、少しゴミが浮かんでいた。④夜中はカードキーをかざしてもメインエントランスドアが開かないので他のドアから入ろう。 良かった点； 上述の悪かった点を見て敬遠する人もいるかもしれないが、このホテルの何よりも良い点はスタッフが皆良い人だという点だ。12月にPark Hyatt NYに宿泊したが、少なくともPH NYよりもスタッフは親切でスマイリーだ。間違いなく私は次回もこのホテルに泊まるだろう。あと、部屋も清潔感があり、過去よりもオペレーションは改善されていると思う。
