This review is meant to compel a response from management. My family reserved a 5 night stay in mid june. We reserved the booking 4 months in advance with points and a free night. We were informed THE MORNING OF OUR 1ST NIGHT that they had overbooked and were bumping us. They had contacted a nearby Sonesta which was ok but did not meet our needs and cost over $200 more over 5 nights. I’ve stayed at quite a few Hyatt properties over the years, and this one was okay, but not one I’d go out of my way to book again. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, which was the biggest plus for me. The rooms were functional but felt a little dated and average compared to other Hyatt House locations. The lobby was consistently crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax or get any work done.
