Ali was great, especially for a late night check in. The hotel.....gross. candy wrapper, or 2 on room floor, hairs on sink and in shower. Front lobby smelled of pot, that smell was either in my nose from the lobby or followed to my 2nd floor room. TV did not work. Room smelled of fried fish. I wish I was making it up, but sadly I am not. Overall bad! Maybe my last Hyatt hotel stay ever.

Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was great. Hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Staff was very friendly and its in a location close to everything

Mercy was very nice to me and my family, so was everyone else in the building, the sauna is amazing and so is breakfast

We stayed 4 days and couldn't get a change of towels... We asked... We were told that they would be delivered... But they never were... 1st place I've ever stayed for that length and the room was never refreshed...

I am very disappointed my boyfriend and l went for the labor day weekend the sauna didnt work l asked the worker to check it ? Never came back we expected the bar to be open due to the holiday but it was closed ? We especially wanted to drink and celebrate our 15th anniversary . The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The rooms didnt have water bottles or ice machine in hallway, most hotels do? Maybe my expectations were too high?
