My expectations were blown away by the staff, service, and amenities of the Hyatt House. Check in was smooth and quick. The building itself is beautiful. Rooms are fantastic. Great layout, functional, tidy, spacious, and modern. Make sure to stop in to the bar and have a drink and some food. Had a great time chatting with Lariya and the new hire Kim. Both great at their job and fun to converse with. I will be back to see them again for a cocktail and a laugh. Couldn’t recommend the Hyatt House enough.
Flight cancellations at O’Hare had us overnight here. By the time I woke up the next morning breakfast was closed but Maria saw I was hungry and immediately made an excellent omelette for me. Greatly appreciated!
