To be fair, we only stayed here overnight as our son was scheduled for surgery the next morning and it was right down the street. The only other Hyatt House we have stayed at is in Indianapolis when we go to Pacer games. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We pulled up, checked in and the wife and son headed to the room while I parked. As I am walking to the entrance I see a Fire Truck pull up. Inside the Fire Alarms are going crazy. Lariya is s an amazing front desk person. She was very helpful in recommending places to eat and the way to travel around town. I appreciate her willingness to help.

Lariya is wonderful! She helped make sure that I was going to be comfortable throughout my stay! The room was super clean, and in general everything has been lovely!

Definitely was at the desk when I got there on the 2nd of September at 2pm for a one night stay.Even though I was early, she found me the best room on the first floor close to the desk and pool.She explained everything I needed to know to make my short stay amazing. I'm thankful that I was there and not at some of the other places that the Census booked others in our group. Thanks for the great time. Rockin Rose Lauchart
