Loved our stay. Breakfast was varied, different every day. Had an issue with the a/c - IMMEDIATELY fixed. Valet parking was......interesting.....as no one could drive my manual transmission!!! 🤣 (So, I got to park at what appeared to be a closed alternate entrance, which was nice, but, you drive cars for a living.....perhaps learn to drive ALL cars!)

Fantastic location and a beautiful, clean hotel. Love the suite style rooms. Every staff member we encountered—from valet to front desk, housekeeping, and dining—was incredibly kind, welcoming and above and beyond helpful! The customer service truly blew us away. We hosted a conference here and stayed overnight, and the experience exceeded expectations. We would absolutely do it again!

We stayed at this hotel for a conference and I have nothing but good to say! The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. The rooms were spacious and well cared for.

The hotel is on historic downtown Charleston. There is plenty to walk around and see. The area seems safe. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were average, unless you get a suite, but otherwise comfortable and quiet. The gym is decent and there is an interior pool.
