I love that this hotel was nice and clean. The customer service at the front desk with Lamonica was awesome. She was very pleasant and it felt good to have some one so accommodating. We will be back!
Just had the most pleasant stay here and everything from walking into this establishment until check out was phenomenal!! Thank you to the first face I saw Ms. Monica at the front desk for a warm welcome. Thank you to the staff for all their services! I will definitely be a Hyatt customer from here on out.
We’ve hosted several gatherings in their meeting space and have always been overly satisfied and always assisted with our needs. Clean, friendly, attentive and perfect location near dinning and retail. Oh did I mention the bar, AMAZING!
I absolutely love this Hyatt House. My job has utilized several other hotels and Hyatt House is where we’ve been for the past 4 years. Love the location and staffing. All my guys rave about a Supervisor named Lamonica. She goes above and beyond the customer service standard! Very straight forward and very professional!
