Great place to stay. Staff is wonderful
I stayed here about a month ago. The lobby smelled fine. The third floor hallway had an intolerable stench. The second floor hallway also had a stench, but it was somewhat masked by mint oil that had been poured on the carpet outside of the elevator. I had never stayed at a Hyatt House before and I definitely will not again. Are all Hyatt sub brands this sketchy?
