I was here for 2 weeks for a business trip, after staying at the Westin last time. I prefer the Hyatt. It's clean, quiet, and safe. The king suite is a great value for long stays, the full kitchen has allowed me to eat healthier and spend less time out eating solo or getting door dash. The free breakfast was also convenient and cozy, with varied enough options that it allowed me to stick with my usual Greek yogurt, fruit, and black coffee.

First, the service was top notch. We arrived with a large group and the gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The rooms were ok, but the hallways definitely had an odd, musty smell. By the elevators they used a oil mist to try to make it smell better, but as soon as you were a few feet away, the smell was pretty bad. I had such a great stay at Hyatt House Boston/Waltham! The whole place was clean, comfortable, and had a really chill vibe. But honestly, Luke is what made the stay amazing. He was super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice from the second I walked in. He made check-in easy, answered all my questions, and made me feel really welcome. You can tell he actually cares about guests having a good experience, which makes such a difference. Big shoutout to Luke — he’s awesome. I’ll definitely be back!
