We stayed 1 night for a volleyball tournament & the room was great!!! We usually rent Airbnb b/c we hate hotel drama. We did hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around after 10pm. We had to get at 5am so we called the hotel desk like Karen’s & they did stop. Parking wasn’t an issue since the property is so big. Breakfast was actually good & hotel staff were nice

I had an extremely disappointing experience during our long stay at this property. I originally booked a 2 bed / 2 bath unit well in advance. However, due to Super Bowl week, we were pushed into a 1 bed / 1 bath instead. It was very clear that short-term high-paying guests were given preference over long-stay customers like us. The room we were given was dirty, had no proper ventilation, and smelled bad. When I requested an upgrade, Michael and his team were not helpful at all. They gave up. The rooms are being renovated in 2026 and until that’s done, I’d avoid it. Shame they also lost the made to order omelette station at breakfast. $15 a night for parking is a joke.

The service has become terrible. Never seen any mangers (visited front desk for over 10times). Never received the promised compensation points from them. I visited the hotel multiple times in last couple of years — previous visit was joyful. But the stay last Dec was very bad. I wonder if the management team has changed. As an Explorist, the last stay was one of my worst Hyatt experiences.

The rooms were okay. Booked two rooms. We checked out of one room earlier, since my mother had a shorter trip than my family. Somehow the front desk checked us out of the wrong room. The manager called us when he saw the other room was still occupied with our belongings. We cleared that up, didn’t get back to the hotel until 12:30-1:00AM. We tried to open the door, only to find out that the door latch was locked from the inside. We thought someone broke in our room. The front desk had to call their manager.
