Our first time staying at Hyatt with our puppy, and we had a great experience! We’ve always loved Hyatt for being clean and comfortable, and this stay made us feel very welcome with our dog too. The front desk staff was super friendly, and everyone around the hotel was kind to our puppy. We’ll definitely choose Hyatt again when traveling with him. Highly recommend for families with dogs!
The manager made this a 5 star rating. She is awesome. I would definitely recommend and leadership should truly promote that manager to run several location she is the best.
We booked due to being required to stay for a youth soccer tournament. The booking indicated the elevator was down, so that’s not an issue. Walking up stairs we were assaulted by the smell of marijuana, which followed down the halls. Having recalled a previous experience, my kid says “It smells like Super 8”. After a day of youth soccer, my wife and I were excited to share a drink! They advertised and even had a flyer in the room that the hotel had a bar open until 10! They didn’t. When we first arrived only 1 elevator was working, by the morning both elevators are down. Walking into the hall you're hit with a musty, mildew smell. The rooms aren't very clean, hair from previous guests among the dirt. Sheets not on the bed correctly, sink doesnt drain unless you take out the sink plug which is covered in mold. And I haven't even mentioned the WORST part. BUGS. Thankfully I only saw the one, but if theres one I'm sure theres more. Disgusting.
