Zero Stars If I Could - Absolutely Disgusting and Trapped Do not stay here. We were unfortunately stuck at this property because the entire city of Charlotte was completely sold out due to a holiday weekend and a massive national football tournament. Had there been literally any other vacancy in the city, we would have walked out immediately. Arrived here for a wedding and tried to check in was told that they are not accepting check ins until at least 345 because their elevator is broken. If you look through the other reviews , it appears their elevator has been broken for months so this either shouldn’t still be an issue or should be something they’ve learned to adapt to by now. The rooms are clean & spacious. Love the fact it had a couch also. The fact the elevator is broken under maintenance & we are placed on the fifth floor is quite ridiculous. Like ma'am for $168 a room & $50 in taxes is ridiculous & to offer a bottle of water that you need to run down the five flights to get is even more risky like you couldnt just have it in our rooms or offer when you told us where to find steps at. Pretty average, older Hyatt Place.
Their elevator does not work and they put me in the 5th floor - I also forgot something in my room but house keeping did not report it. Avoid staying here.
