The few times I have stayed here the rooms were good no complaints other than no microwave in the rooms. . now the big issue is the parking lot. . This location is pretty familiar with car break ins. . Yes they have very fine print signs posted. . Please do not leave anything of value in your car it does not matter how close you are to the entrance THEY WILL STILL BREAK IN YOUR CAR!!!
When I went to check in everything seemed good as I have stayed in Hyatt Hotels before and have had an enjoyable experience. When I arrived in the room, the floor felt like it hadn't been washed in a while so I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and it came up black and brown. I then found clumps of hair left on the sink area near the bathroom and then checked the sheets to find brown stains on the inside of them with hair in the bed. I wish I could give this place negative stars. This was, without exaggeration, the most appalling, dangerous, and insulting hotel experience of my life. My car along with at least four others was broken into and ransacked overnight. My belongings were stolen, and the hotel’s reaction was nothing more short of PATHETIC!! This property allegedly has security, but based on the timing of the break-ins, he leaves at 4AM which is dumb because I’m sure the thieves know this (or the security orchestrating these break ins) the hotel ... read more
This hotel was disappointing. First, they gave us the wrong room: we got 2 beds after confirming at the front desk that I paid for a king size room. The TV remote did not work, it was stuck on one channel the whole weekend. The bathroom had poor spacing, you had to squeeze into the corner of the bathroom to close door and then had to use the sink which was outside the bathroom. Additionally, the walls are very thin as we could hear everything that was happening in the bathroom next to ours including hearing the toilet flush ... read more
