My only issue is the breakfast area, they didn’t even try to wipe tables or clean up leaving us to eat in a filthy environment.
Great location to the Cruise ports and International Airport in Ft. Lauderdale FL
Nice clean rooms, but limited staff.
I did not like the front Desk person ..First impressions are everything . It’s Disappointing property with the Hyatt name on it never again .
Stayed here for a cruise— will never come back nor recommend. Not only is the lobby front desk LITERALLY connected to the “bar”. But it is all located 2 steps when you walk in. The employee working the night we went did not welcome us, nor introduce herself ( but she was a young black woman with zero customer service) seems like a theme in these reviews.. i will ensure other cruisers do. It stay here.. horrendous.
