Only warm water in the shower. Location and service were great.

Communication issues with management. Seemed understaffed as many folks waiting to check in. Lobby very poorly designed. Rooms recently renovated, but window coverings useless….below phot was taken at 12:30 am with light pouring in.
If a lot of people are checking in, its hard to get inside thr hotel because the desk is weidly close to the front door. They offered to store our luggage because our rooms would take 30 min or so to finish being cleaned. We waited more than an hour. But we did have a comfortable place to sit and wait. Opening the door to our room was delightful!!! It looks very open with a sectional sofa and footstool/sofa table. The floor plans for the newly remodeled rooms are well thought out. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing! From the front desk to housekeeping and food service, they are were friendly and competent. I highly recommend this hotel!
