They cancelled my reservation for renovations exactly a month prior. Customer service was rude. Now I am scrambling to find a hotel that transports to the cruise.
HOTEL IS CLOSED - They notified us that our upcoming October 2025 reservation was cancelled because they were closing permanently
We came to check in and the lady at the front desk was asleep so we had to wait for someone to come out and check us in while she took a nap on the computer. We made it to the room and were hit with a mildew smell. The rooms are dated and they are under construction so that’s fine but what’s not fine is having some random persons hair on the bed sheets. They were not changed, there were stains as well which is disgusting. The TV would not shut off so I had to cover it up with my own blanket in order to not be blinded anymore... read more
If you’re considering staying here, please think twice. The hotel is dirty, loud, and completely misrepresented. Construction is happening all day long — jackhammering so loud that even a sound machine can’t drown it out. They don’t disclose this until you’re already checking in, which feels really dishonest. The “breakfast” is a joke. They wouldn’t even toast our bagels because it was a “fire hazard”… whatever that means.
