My experience at the Hyatt was great! The staff were very polite, warm and friendly!! My best experience was with Dustin. He helped with my FedEx needs during my stay!! I was very grateful for his diligence with my needs.
Nothing to complain all is good in this hotel, an information for travelers that additional 15$ will be charged for parking per night. They shud consider adding some hot options for vegans and vegetarians in breakfast.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. We chose this property largely because of the safety features that were advertised, including a parking garage with “24-hour surveillance.” In addition to paying for our room, we also paid the $20 overnight parking fee specifically so our vehicle would be secure.
