Very large and clean room, has a restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner (but no dinner on Sunday), very nicely located. No free parking though.
Very disappointed! Few employees are untrained, extremely unprofessional & rude. They don’t deserve my business! Don’t recommend this place to anyone.
As a longtime Hyatt guest, this was one of the more disappointing stays I’ve had. The most concerning issue occurred when I was told by the front desk that I had been moved and upgraded to a different room. When I went to that room, it was already occupied by another family. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation for everyone involved and, in my opinion, represented a serious lapse in guest security and privacy.
