Auf vorhergehende Wünsche wurde nicht reagiert. Peinlich ist es, wenn man trotz Frühstück Buchung erst einmal obligatorisch im Restaurant abgewiesen wird und nur zum 2. energischen Nachdruck doch das gebuchte Frühstück von der Rezeption bestätigt bekommt. Sorry, das geht gar nicht!!! Hoffe, dass Hyatt Bosten, sowie in New York in einigen Tagen professioneller sind.
I was very disappointed with my experience in the breakfast area at Hyatt Centric Montreal. One of the waiters spoke to me rudely and gave me an unnecessary attitude because she assumed I had walked in without checking in. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that I later noticed she did not question or speak the same way to white guests who entered after me.
