The 5 stars for service is for Rachel at the front desk. She is observant proactive, detailed and incredibly smart. Always with a smiling face, she noticed that a lady was going to get her short curly hair wet during a rainy day and offered a shower cap as a remedy. She also handled my multiple complicated bookings with such ease and anticipated all the kinks. Unlike some of the other front desk folks I had to deal with. She deserves a big recognition!
