The local is great and if you’re only here to sleep it’s a great hotel. The view from my room was depressing but it’s a very boring NYC courtyard… and the AC is kinda loud.
Great hotel for the price. Not intended to be a luxury hotel. It was clean, staff was very nice. I was surprised how well trained and friendly they were. Good job
Wow, Ive stayed at nearly each of the +30 hyatt affiliated brands in NYC. This place surprised to the upside and is now in my top 5. Location A+, breakfast A++ (this was my favorite part of stay), service A... very cool ambiance throughout the entire hotel and particularly breakfast - soft lights, chill sunday brunch-style music. Rooms large for NYC stamdards with well appointed bathrooms and views. Will def be back!
This was a bizarre 1 night stay for work. I usually book the other centric at times square but this time around I wanted to be a little bit on a quieter side. Omg I had to change rooms once, as furniture in the first ones terrace looked like roadside trash with burn marks and bird shit all over. My second room seemed better. But when I woke up I saw a dead cockroach on a floor by the bed and there were more cigarette buds on the terrace. Also bedlamp would not time off and just blink on and off.
