Shardine was very pleasant and sweet. She made me feel very welcomed even though I was not staying in the hotel.

Blessings Shardine, our server at the Harborwood Urban Kitchen, made our dining experience extra special.
Shardine was our waitress for breakfast-and she was fantastic! Offered menu recommendations and very attentive and kind. Room was beautiful! Food options were good but could have been prepared better-both dinner and breakfast had GREAT options but not cooked well
Shardine at breakfast was great
Great hotel, great location great staff particularly great service from Cammel in the restaurant. A credit to Hyatt.
