Hyatt air has been servicing our AC units for the last four years. One year we had an issue with the drain pan having a hole in it and the company promptly replaced it at no cost to us. Today, 4/3/25, Michael Escobar came to perform the servicing and did an excellent job. Found a couple components bad and replaced everything under the homes original warranty. It is great to see an honest company doing right by their customers. We will continue to use Hyatt for all our AC and heating needs.
