Needed a part replaced, Honda was going to charge over $300 for the service and car part and Charlie charged me nearly half the cost and got it done quicker than I've had anything done at Honda. Friendly staff that works efficient and fairly. Thank you for fixing my latch, I'll be back soon if I have any more car troubles.
