Jene is the main go to for any property for rent with this company. If u MUST rent from her, im warning u she is a SLUMLORD & I HAVE THE PICS TO PROVE IT. I also spent almost 4k moving in & it only included a deposit & 1 month rent. The pic of the carpet is what it looked like the DAY I MOVED IN. All of my socks, my kids socks literally had 2b trashed after we moved out bc they were so black even washed in bleach. There puddles of water in the windows when it rains bc there's no seals & a couple of the windows don't even have locks so someone can come in ANYTIME THEY WANT.
