I can’t thank Hyacinth auto enough. I was having such problems with Progressive Insurance even getting my truck towed to a shop. Hyacinth Auto came instead and got my vehicle to their shop To their shop, I found out I Dididnt have Rental car so they got it in and out quick. The service was outstanding and my truck is better than new. I can’t thank them enough and I would certainly recommend them.
My husband and want to thank you for taking such good care of our 2019 Santa Fe. You guys did a wonderful amazing job. Also the customer service was awesome even the young man at the Hyacinth St site, dark hair and braces was a sweetheart.
I got a bad feeling at initial meeting with Brent, he's a fast talker, and the kid who did walk around was telling me insurance isn't going to cover that at each thing I pointed out from the dump truck hitting me, after this I called progressive and told Ins rep I didn't feel comfortable having them work on my car, Brent then said my car was tore down and they aren't fixing it , which I think was a lie, because he knew no other shop would take my vehicle after it was tore down, Two weeks later I'm told my cars done and half ... read more
The service at this shop is the very best. They know their business and they are the friendliest people you could find. I have worked with them before, getting great service. Today I went in with a small chip on the edge of my door. They were extremely busy, but they made time for me and touched up the door in less then an hour. Thank you, HCC!
Brent is AMAZING! He helped me through the whole process, he made sure he kept me in the know with everything that was going on, even if it was to tell me there was no update. He never lost his patience with me even if I called him multiple times. Brent and his team did a fantastic job! My car looks brand new, and when I picked it up they made sure it was clean and ready for me. I will always recommend HCC! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
My truck was ready 5 days earlier than expected! My truck had been in a rear-ender - they replaced the bumper, the sensors, the tow hitch, the fender, made the truck bed open. They even cleaned it interior and exterior! Wow! The guys there were busy but not to busy to extend great courtesy and humor into this unfortunate event. They coordinated everything with the insurance to where I just had to show up. These guys at Hyacinth were the best!
Our 2019 Toyota C-HR was damaged in a hit and run. Hyacinth was able to get us in right away. Did an amazing job on coordinating with insurance, handling the repairs, keeping us informed on any delays due to parts ordering. They even covered the rental car costs for a week when the parts delay made time go over. Great job done all around and super friendly and professional to work with! Highly recommend!
