I am very impressed with the customer service. I came with food pain and a referral for insoles/orthotics had low expectations since I have suffered for quite a long time. My assessment was so thorough that all my pain when walking finally made sense. HYAA rushed my custom made orthotics so I could get them before my vacation so I could walk them in and test them before I need them for work. Had a wonderful experience with the owner of HYAA Cares Orthotics and Medical Supplies. He taught me how to measure my knee to find the right kind of brace. He ordered it and got it to me quickly. The knee brace they recommended has made a difference in alleviating my pain, and I’ve already noticed how much more freely I am moving around. He also helped me to select a pillow for my TMJ.
