I love this Hy-Vee. The people are great, it's well run...AND...I went in tonight and they were giving away their donuts and their artisan breads. The place they donate to is closed tomorrow, so they handed it out to shoppers. It's a great store!

I like to shop at HyVee. I like the selection. I like that they have fairly decent prices. What I hate more than anything is their baggers! Good god do they train these people? I ask for paper every time. It’s a square bottom, easy to pack right?? Never there!!! The concept of heavy verses breakable eludes all baggers. Today it was 5lb bag of flour next to Doritos and then coffee creamer. In what universe Hy-Vee does that add up? My Doritos are now crumbs. I am thoroughly disgusted with this store's "lack of" customer service and management! Went in for a dinner for 4; meal was not what I ordered, not even close, and when I tried to have it fixed, the employees simply said 'No'. As in, that is the ONLY ENGLISH WORD THEY SPOKE OR KNEW! After multiple failed attempts to have it fixed, I asked for a manager, and was again told "No".
