definitely don't recommend flower delivery! Just left the mothers day order with no plastic around the orchids and it fell over and no cupcake that I had also ordered. very disappointed I choose this hyvee for a mothers day order 😞
I have been utilizing Aisle Online since mid March. The service at Hyvee has been excellent. And today when I did not receive everything I ordered and contacted the store I was assisted in a timely manner and told the items missing would be delivered same day. The staff was courteous and apologetic even though I completely understand they are overwhelmed. Just taking a moment to appreciate all of the Hy-Vee (3500 Dodge St, Ste 1A, Dubuque, IA) employees over the last few weeks! Our grocery pick ups have been excellent and we acknowledge the strength it takes to show up each day as essential workers! ❤️💪
I want to thank Lynn in your floral department for going the extra mile in helping me with some Easter things and at this short notice, and especially with the corvid 19 going on. Thank you Lynn for going those extra steps and one of the reasons why I like hyvee on dodge better than the other ones. Have a great Easter and stay healthy.
This is the worst hyvee store in dubuque. very rude managers and a store director who does not care or know what he is doing.
These people get it! And they’re taking steps to make their store even safer and cleaner than it already was. I’m done shopping anyplace else!
If you are opening your stores at 7:00 - 8:00 for seniors only then I would suggest you have them stocked - because they never are!
My favorite store! Love walking the aisles looking for good deals, and I always find some~ very friendly staff.
