I had just gone to the bank to take out some cash, and then had to mail something at hyvee. I took out the envelope with the cash in it and foolishly left it on the counter when I was finished, and the worker behind the register took it and put it into the safe and waited for someone to call. That type of honesty and customer service is very hard to find these days and I am so appreciative. Thank you hyvee, you have a customer in me for life!

You stand out side way to long waiting for them to turn the gas pumps on. Not good in the winter. The people are very nice and friendly. Easily assessable and clean.
It's an okay store to stop and get a few items but it's not my favorite Hyvee store, I just am not a fan of the layout and produce section. I do not like the restaurant, if I want to stop and get a sub or all you can eat meal I don't need a waiter, I like the casual environment much better for a grocery store. If I am going to "go out for dinner" Hyvee would not be my choice of restaurants. The only Hyvee I eat lunch/dinner at is on NW Arterial and will stop eating there if/when it converts to the new restaurant format.
