I edited my review with a new rating. The store manager got in touch with me and made things right. I will be returning. I generally love going to the Dodge st hyvee but on friday when I went to hyvee to pick up the cake I had ordered for my son is noticed a small Crack on the frosting, since I thought it was just the one I took it anyway, I didn't have time to wait. The best bakery and deli in the area! They always have new things to try
Sent my daughter to get Chinese food for 10 people and all she got was grief and terrible customer service. They have meals for 2,4,6 and apparently giving her a meal for 4 and one for 6 was too much. Won't be coming back and we used to get meals there pretty regular. The fact guy told her she was ripping off the system. Really. How. Good bye hyvee

Great customer service! My digital coupons weren't deducted at checkout. Didn't notice until I got home (40 m away ). Sent them an email and they sent a gift card for more than the amount.
I really appreciated the service I received today. I used the online shopping not only once but twice did Ashley P. Exceed my customer service expectations. I was personally called to be told items were missing and what substitutions were available to me. Also an item was forgotten in my order and Ashley personally delivered it to my door.
