The big lady working the drive up window is very rude and unmotivated. Me asking her to bend over slightly and talk into the mic so we can hear her was just asking way to much. How are people supposed to answer her questions when you cannot understand her. The additude is always horrible

Hy-Vee pharmacy don't know much. I had a prescription transferred and they put my allergy doctor as the provider when it should have been my asthma doctor's name. Also, they called the wrong doctor's office for another prescription. They screw up too much! They need to be more diligent when filling prescriptions.
Hy-Vee pharmacy don't know much. It took 3 weeks to transfer my prescriptions over from another pharmacy.
I moved to this side of town a year ago, and saw the reviews for this pharmacy, but was foolish enough to think I may have a different experience. Every single time I’ve needed a prescription filled here in the last year, it has been an issue, but I’ve continued to give them chances.
