The people who work there are courteous & friendly...they always listen to my issues and explain new meds & possible side effects to be to be safe.also even when they are busy i never feel rushed to get the next customer
They constantly drop the ball on refills that are needed for quality of life. On multiple occasions, they have run out of medications and can't seem to make a simple phone call to let me know. They knew about the refill on Wednesday. It is now Sunday! When I called to see if I could come pick it up, they told me it was on backorder. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL, that's all I ask!
