Slooowwww! If there is someone at the drive up that needs to wait 15 minutes have a space or two in the parking lot to pull over so you can help the 5 people behind them. Gave you 2 stars because your staff is helpful and courteous.
I can't believe how they can still have a pharmacy there with how many times they mess up prescriptions. And their auto refill is crap I've been without my medications multiple times having to call and call and call. Do better Hy-Vee.
Hannah in the pharmacy is very rude. I sure hope her day gets better or she goes to the back to work, Not a good look for such an amazing store!
I switched from Walmart to Hy-Vee pharmacy. They always have the right medication for me. I don't have to wait a week.
This pharmacy is always very busy, and the lines inside and at the drive-thru can get long at times. Even when its busy, the pharmacist never makes me feel rushed, they take the time to really go over my medications and explain things clearly. What stood out most to me was how much they cared. One pharmacist in particular made me feel like what I was going through truly mattered to them, and that kind of care is hard to find anymore.
