I switched from Walmart to Hy-Vee pharmacy. They always have the right medication for me. I don't have to wait a week.
This pharmacy is always very busy, and the lines inside and at the drive-thru can get long at times. Even when its busy, the pharmacist never makes me feel rushed, they take the time to really go over my medications and explain things clearly. What stood out most to me was how much they cared. One pharmacist in particular made me feel like what I was going through truly mattered to them, and that kind of care is hard to find anymore. Rude pharmacists, rude techs. Worst customer service ever. Won't answer my questions, mischarging the wrong coverage for meds, the list goes on and on. Wilson is the easiest and closest pharmacy for me but it's just not worth the poor service anymore.
By far the dirtiest Hy-vee I have ever stepped foot on. Women’s Restroom absolutely disgusting at 10 am! And don’t get me started on their bakery department, I got a cake written on, and it was just the grossest looking piping bag I have ever seen. Their kitchen staff are clueless as wel. Definitely not a good store to be shopping at.
Try another place! Snowflake balled up and cried....NO BEDSIDE MANNER!
