I have nothing good to say about any HyVee store especially the big ones in the Des Moines area. Don't ever work in any of them.
Love to shop here. People are always willing to help.
How disappointing it was when I called to try and purchase or order cases of Progresso soup that is advertised for 99 cents and I was informed that there was a 4 can limit. It isnt advertised with a limit so I contacted customer service in Des Moines and they said they have to have limit posted with ad or they were not supposed to have a limit. I just went to Spencer HyVee and placed my $156 order and will be doing my business there from now on.
Today I called to order a cake (last minute). I talked with Brian in the bakery and I asked if they had a white cake in the case and could write a happy birthday message on it. He was so kind, and said no worries, we'll make you a made to order cake and asked me how I wanted it decorated. We picked it up this afternoon and it was beautifully decorated for my 7 year old daughter. Thank you to the bakery for going above and beyond. My last minute request was fulfilled by your kind employee!
