Sometimes the newer pharmacy employees don't acknowledge customers in a timely manner. Recently I've even been ignored for 1 to 2 minutes (with no customer in front of me) then finally acknowledged...they don't apologize for the wait either. I've been a customer with this pharmacy location for about a decade now. I remember a time when everyone who worked at the Hy-Vee pharmacy showed kindness and respect to each customer. That has sadly changed in the last couple of years.
First time I used a Hy-Vee pharmacy. The employees were unbelievably rude and absolutely did not care about our needs and made that very clear.
Been using hyvee pharmacy for over 15 yrs never had a problem.
