I have used this pharmacy for years without problems and now they have a snotty little blonde boy who always tries to for some reason make sure I don't get my medication. The last several times I've went there instead of trying to help me they just treat me like garbage. What they don't realize is I work 12 hours 5 days a week. When I go to work they're closed, when I get off they're closed. When they say my meds will be ready on a certain day I have to take off work to go there. Sometimes the newer pharmacy employees don't acknowledge customers in a timely manner. Recently I've even been ignored for 1 to 2 minutes (with no customer in front of me) then finally acknowledged...they don't apologize for the wait either. I've been a customer with this pharmacy location for about a decade now. I remember a time when everyone who worked at the Hy-Vee pharmacy showed kindness and respect to each customer. That has sadly changed in the last couple of years.
