The staff here are typically VERY HELPFUL.
The lady working customer service with long curly brownish hair and glasses needs FIRED. She literally pointed me out the door because she did not want to process my mail. She is the least customer service oriented person I’ve ever encountered…working a customer service desk??? Makes no sense. Come on Hy-Vee, get it together.
I have been using the Hy-Vee Pharmacy on East Euclid for 3 years, every since I moved from West Des Moines to the northeast side. I am 65 years old and have chronic medical conditions. That means, I am no stranger to pharmacies. I have used pharmacies in Iowa, Illinois, Arizona, Kansas, etc. This is the WORST Pharmacy I have ever experienced.
