I was listening to the conversation that was recorded between my sister and the manager who was really rude and he didnt know he was being recorded. the managers there didn't do anything and he was going off of something that happened in June with sister and an employee who had the right to be upset because the cake color did not match what was paid for upfront. I will be showing others the video so they can leave reviews about him also.
