Customer service is lacking. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes only to be told the drive through was "broken" Upon entering the store I see the line of 10+ people... could the guy who knew I'd been waiting in line outside have made eye contact and/or apologized? One would think. Instead he just watched me join the back of the line. I understand things happen and you guys get busy, but a little service recovery would have gone a long way here
