Do not waste your time trying to beg for this pharmacy to refil your meds or to listen when you ask then to refil your meds. I have been denied type 1 diabetes meds over and over to where ill never go back to hyvee pharmacy again. The automatic reply at the bottom of these reviews is as big of joke as the techs working these stores.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOCTOR SEND PERSCRIPTIONS HERE - ESPECIALLY PAIN MEDS! THEY WILL NOT FILL THEM IN A TIMLY MANNER! Twice now when I have had to get meds that have been sent to this pharmacy by a doctor (both times pain meds for my husband) the meds were submitted by the doctor 1 to 2 hours before I arrived. Both times they made me wait another 30 min to fill the prescription. Both times a doctor had submitted the prescription they were not refill requests. Both times my husband has has to sit longer in pain because of them. ... read more
