I have called many times to refill my prescription(s) and have spoken with Hugo many times. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. He is always kind, efficient, and accurate. Thank you so much for your help. It is always a relief knowing Hugo is the one who answered the call.
Do not waste your time trusting hyvee pharmacies to refil your meds. The fact you have to call and beg them to refil your medicine is an outrage. Take your business elsewhere before letting these guys think their doing you "a favor"
OK, last time I went to this pharmacy they were some of the most pretentious and rude individual's I've ever met. They act they like are doing you a favor by giving you, your prescription. I call my Prescriptions in hours before as a common courtesy because I know they're extremely slow. I went the other day to get my prescriptions gave them over two hours to fill one prescription. Still wasn't ready. Didn't have the other medication in stock, didn't try to even possibly use other formulations or doses to equal mine, to actu... read more
Spend all day figuring out a mistake made my another pharmacy. Finally get a script to this location. They will not fill because I am a new patient who has taken this medications for 5 years. Everyone can see the error but the pharmacist. I left hyvee once and will be doing it again tomorrow. Edit to add. More issues today. Gal told my de office I threatened them. filed many complaints with the correct agencies. Consult with attorney is my next step.
