We have been using this pharmacy for more years than I can remember. When Jamie, Michelle, and Deb were working there, any issues were resolved quickly. I know that Covid changed a lot of things, and maybe that is what happened here. My husband came out of surgery today, and his provider called in 5 prescriptions. They filled 1. The others have to be sent from somewhere else. They won't be in until tomorrow. It was important to get them today. 3/1/26 corporate needs to hire more employees check the footage from 12:15pm - 12:50pm that was an absolute clown show. Zero professionalism was on display today.
From a professionalism And Customer Service standpoint. When a customer brings an issue, the only thing to do is to take ownership and apologize for any inconvenience that may have taken place. Not digging in further and becoming more defensive. The issue was, the pharmacy told me a medication had been canceled so I spent two days going back-and-forth with the doctor to find out that It wasn’t canceled.
