Hy-Vee pharmacy don't know much. I had a prescription transferred and they put my allergy doctor as the provider when it should have been my asthma doctor's name. Also, they called the wrong doctor's office for another prescription. They screw up too much! They need to be more diligent when filling prescriptions.
Hy-Vee pharmacy don't know much. It took 3 weeks to transfer my prescriptions over from another pharmacy.
I moved to this side of town a year ago, and saw the reviews for this pharmacy, but was foolish enough to think I may have a different experience. Every single time I’ve needed a prescription filled here in the last year, it has been an issue, but I’ve continued to give them chances. A couple of months ago, I got a call to tell me my prescription was in. I went the next day to pick it up, and they told me I needed to come back the next day because they lost it.
