the people at the window are always constantly rude and somehow never have my prescription ready even after calling four days prior to double check it will be ready. i don’t understand why they are so rude to people who are friendly and nice. if i was a mean customer id get it, but every single time ive been the staff are extremely rude. i dont think ive had one positive experience with the staff here which speaks volumes. don’t be mean to customers who have done nothing to provoke you.

I’m probably going to look for a different pharmacy. I can’t believe it takes as long as it does for this pharmacy to process a prescription. I waited 3 hours before I headed there and they still hadn’t processed my prescription and when I got there oh it will take us 15 minutes. I didn’t have 15 minutes that day to waste. Time to go elsewhere.

If I could have put zero stars, sadly, I would have. Zero communication and customer service. We don't need the pharmacy much, thank goodness, can't imagine needing to rely on a prescription from them. Do better, HyVee. Shame on you.
