I’m probably going to look for a different pharmacy. I can’t believe it takes as long as it does for this pharmacy to process a prescription. I waited 3 hours before I headed there and they still hadn’t processed my prescription and when I got there oh it will take us 15 minutes. I didn’t have 15 minutes that day to waste. Time to go elsewhere.
If I could have put zero stars, sadly, I would have. Zero communication and customer service. We don't need the pharmacy much, thank goodness, can't imagine needing to rely on a prescription from them. Do better, HyVee. Shame on you.
Consistently awful service and rude employees. Do not choose this pharmacy.
The attitude and audacity of these pharmacists is crazy
I always have amazing service at Edgewood Rd location. I put my refill request in early enough so I never run out of my meds. Everyone is always so friendly.
