The technicians at this pharmacy are so fast and kind here! Thank you for being amazing. I only switched because of their customer service when my usually pharmacy was out of my prescription I hope HyVee takes care of the staff at this location. Pay them fairly and make sure you recognize them. Only reason I chose to switch here was because of them.
Do any pharmacies in this town know what they’re doing? I’ve been out of my meds for days now because the pharmacy was suppose to call my doctor. I call back and they have no record of any of that occurring. So now I have to call the doctor and coordinate that for maybe the third time now. And it’s not even a scheduled script. Y’all…get it together…
