Please If you value your health, do not get your prescriptions filled here. Except for Jennifer, the pharmacist, the staff is indifferent when it comes to patient care. As a healthcare professional, I recognize when proper procedures—such as prior authorizations, physician follow-up or benefit verifications—are not being followed. Pharmacy employees (tech and pharmacist) both very rude and condescending. Not helpful and was told I wasn't able to pick up a certain med with the rest of my meds because it has not been a full "28 days" (It was day 24) even after my doctor had already filled all prescriptions and I received the text message from hyvee that ALL medications were filled. Do not recommend.
No Longer Accessible or Hygienic. They blocked off the entrance to the pharmacy. You have to track through the whole store to get there from either entrance. I don’t want to shop somewhere where sick people have to go through the food isles to get to their meds. Also the drive through is either not open or you have to call and wait on hold so that is not an option.
Why have a downtown grocery store that’s only accessible to cars!? All of the doors but the parking garage doors are now emergency exits. Makes no sense to have a walkable downtown with businesses like this. If I wanted to drive to a grocery store I’d go to one with lower prices and a better selection and parking I don’t have to pay for!
