First visit! Greeted warmly as I entered the clinic by both at the reception area. As I sat and waited for two- three minutes I was also greeted by my provider for the day. I have white coat syndrome - my blood pressure creases to unhealthy levels when I go to a clinic environment. I had no cause for concern! The visit was professionally handled by nurse/medical assistant and the interaction I had with my provider was equally professional and courteous.
