I received flowers as a surprise gift for my birthday that were supposed to be 2 dozen red roses. Instead I got yellow roses. My significant other was upset to say the least because the surprise was ruined. When he called Hyvee to see what happened, they said they were out of red roses. No one bothered to call him to let him know this in advance. They offered to fix it by calling around to see if any other Hyvee had red roses.
