It's a definitely a beautiful shop, many types of fresh flowers and prices are fair. Staff is polite. It's inside hyvee super store.
HyVee floral is hit-and-miss at best! Three months ago I ordered flowers for a covid funeral out of town that went smooth as a baby's bottom! Even when a problem arose with the florist on the other end, the girl at Hyvee called back and clarified/fixed the problem. Flowers are always delivered on time.
Very disappointed with my encounter today. I ordered $50+ florist choice for Mother’s Day ahead of time as pick-up. Coming in for pick up, the lady checked my confirmation number, continued to look for my order. After coming back 2-3 times, she stated that she didn’t see my order. Obviously, I had a confirmation number, and she mention that someone must’ve forgotten to make it. She said it so casual, like it was normal thing...
