I order Flowers from Blooms in Rockbrook about once a month. today i needed some flowers delivered by noon to Hillside Elementary and Hyvee floral opens at 0700 so I called 3 times between 0700 and 0715 before someone answered. When they did answer, I received attitude from the beginning of the conversation as if I was putting her out.
