Website allows you to choose items that are not in stock and then they just send whatever they choose in that case. This has happened on numerous occasions so the last time I ordered I called in to ensure they would have what I ordered online. They did not, so I had to place a new order over the phone I asked them to ensure they had the flowers and vase I chose. They said yes but still ended up sending a cheap clear vase to my friend. Bad, bad service! And I was helped by the “management” Cindy. I don’t recommend this place.first they need to learn how to be polite! They need to hire people that are willing to meet costumer needs! In all occasion, but especially when they request help!
