The floral team should be embarrassed. I ordered a $75 arrangement online that was a beautiful assortment of shades of pink, orange, and yellow flowers. The arrangement that was delivered had ZERO pink or orange, was mostly greenery honestly, and literally looked nothing like the photo online. I called and asked them to fix this. The lady who answered the phone was rude and HUNG UP ON ME. They "fixed" the arrangement by adding in THREE pink roses. Zero orange in the arrangement. Website allows you to choose items that are not in stock and then they just send whatever they choose in that case. This has happened on numerous occasions so the last time I ordered I called in to ensure they would have what I ordered online. They did not, so I had to place a new order over the phone I asked them to ensure they had the flowers and vase I chose. They said yes but still ended up sending a cheap clear vase to my friend.
