I have sent flowers several x now and I love the service
Missy from Hy-Vee Floral was not very kind over the phone. The driver did not make sure I was home to receive the flowers. The first time I called, she hung up on me instead of letting me finish. She even told me I don't think I wronged you. How are you going to be rude to someone who has been through surgery? Very unpleasant interaction.
The florist assured that our family was happy with the arrangements chosen for our loved one, Rosemary Reichert. He took the time to explain the difference between two different lilies.
UPDATE: I just received a replacement and it is beautiful. Thank you. Pictures included. A friend in Kansas ordered flowers in celebration of my birthday. I sent her pictures. She stated roses should have been included. I told her: "No roses. A lot of greenery. Unfortunately, they do not look fresh." This is definitely not the quality product I have come to expect from Hy-Vee Floral. I am very disappointed.
