Sherri took her time with me to make a special arrangement for some maternity photos featuring the monthly flower, the daffodil - I appreciated her time and friendly help!
Poor service. Made an order for two things, flowers and a balloon, and only got a balloon. And when I called to explain I was missing the flowers they said I was out of luck. The refund was issued but no one didn’t tell me my flowers were no longer a part of the order.

Tracy was absolutely amazing 👏 I am a forever customer. I went to another hyvee and got flowers had a terrible experience and left very unhappy. I went into the Lee's summit location with the bad flowers and explained what happened, Tracy turned a disaster into a beautiful display. Honestly can't thank her enough. Best customer service ever!
