Tracy was absolutely amazing 👏 I am a forever customer. I went to another hyvee and got flowers had a terrible experience and left very unhappy. I went into the Lee's summit location with the bad flowers and explained what happened, Tracy turned a disaster into a beautiful display. Honestly can't thank her enough. Best customer service ever!
Fairly negative experience. Multiple people saw me waiting for several minutes, but no one acknowledged my presence until I waved them down. They quoted me a price for a corsage - $40 (which was higher than the website advertised - $35). When I agreed, she still seemed disinterested in fulfilling the order. Eventually another person noticed me still waiting and finally came and took the order.

Have the florists are great they really put beautiful arrangements together
I called on 5/3/21 to place a fresh flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter. She is a teacher at Sunset Valley and this week is Teacher Appreciation Week. The employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. At 3:00, the same day, I received a call from the floral department. Due to the lateness of the day, Candace (I believe that is her name) wanted to know if I would rather the arrangement be delivered on Tuesday so my daughter could enjoy the flowers throughout the day.
