My daughter sent me flowers with 2 ballons for my birthday/retirement to my work. They were awful. The yellow roses had brown spots. The greenery had dead leaves and was wilted. I told my daughter and she called and left a message but didn't get a call back. I called and complained. They did send another arrangement which was better but not $70 better. Spelled the name wrong. And wasn't the 1st time it has happened
Sent flowers to my daughter for Valentine’s Day through the online page. Asked for them to be delivered the next day, at a certain time, and with cookies also. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, arrived during hours requested, and with the cookies. Excellent experience, wonderful work, and highly recommend!
